(IN)DISCIPLINA features a programming line dedicated to thought, sharing, and reflection on creative methods and practices in public space.
An annual program designed as a space for critical thinking and reflection, where we invite diverse individuals who are at the forefront of public space practices and actively engage with the community.
TOPOGRAPHIES OF PLACE

A programme dedicated to artistic thought and practice in public spaces
October 31 and November 1 – Odemira
We start from the possibility of experiencing the public space as a privileged place for cultural action and collective expression, capable of embodying an emotional experience in the construction of shared narratives and modes of inhabiting „place“
Through the concept of (in)discipline, we aim to encourage and inspire critical thinking about future forms and possible practices in public space, opening up possibilities for encounter among diverse individuals who view and conceive of the street as a collective space and a space of the common.
From this gathering, we propose to explore, share, and question the possibilities of artistic practices in the public space – their limits and transgressive potential – calling for thought and action that goes beyond the boundaries imposed by the very idea of discipline.
On the first day, we bring together diverse individuals and organizations to present their practices, serving as a starting point for shared reflection and discussion. On the second day, we feature a Street Arts performance.
